Dogal Energy Generation Co. Ltd. is a private purpose firm
that has been founded initially under Art.4 of Law 3096 then
granted by generation license from the Regulatory Authority
for 30 years in order to realize the natural gas fired combined
cycle co-generation thermal facility project ( which has 390MW
Electricity and 100 MW Heat capacity).

BOGAZKOY THERMAL POWER PLANT
As being a Doga Holding participation , the company will
build and operate a 390 MW Natural Gas Fired Thermal Plant
in Istanbul-Esenyurt under Electricity Market Law as an Independent
Power Producer (IPP). The project is developed in order to
meet heat energy need of the region and electricity need of
the country.
The electricity energy generated by the plant will be transmitted
to national grid system through the 154 KV high voltage transmission
line that passes over facility area.
The facility will also generate heat energy of 100MW in order
to benefit from the turbines flue gas. The quantity of heat
energy to be generated is determined according to the demand
of the region. Heat energy will be served to household in
the area through via regional heating system in the form of
hot water.
