The company, an affiliate of DOGA HOLDING AS, is capable of undertaking design and implementation works for HVAC and refrigeration of all kinds of buildings. For this purpose, the holding company has formed a separate Mechanical Installations Project Group within its organization and has successfully completed several projects on turnkey basis.
Since its establishment the Company has been supplying mechanical engineering and consultancy services for Bogazkoy and Esenkent Mass Housing developments as well as for Natural Gas Power Plants, all realized in Esenyurt region. Among those services, the most important ones are the largest cogeneration and District Heating Project of Turkey, namely Bogazkoy and Esenkent District Heating Networks. Currently Sistem Ltd. is involved in 390 MW Bogazkoy Power Plant Project and Bogazkoy District Heating Project. By these projects, Sistem Ltd. has gained valuable experiences about Cogeneration and District Heating Systems, which brings environmentally friendly and economical solutions to the energy shortage problems becoming increasingly complicated in large metropolitan areas. The tasks which were accomplished by Sistem Ltd. for Esenkent District Heating projects were design and engineering services for hot water underground piping network, material selection, coordination of application, flushing, cleaning and testing of the piping network. Within the scope of the same project, design, installation and commissioning of compact heat exchanger terminals that would provide radiator heating and domestic hot water for the housing units were carried out also. The Compact Heating Terminals were manufactured and pre-assembled at Sistem Ltd. 400 m2 covered workshop, then were sent to the basements of buildings where they are installed.
